Royal Recognition, one of the country’s leading corporate recognition companies as well as a promotional company, established in 1983, seeks a Customer Service Representative/​Administrative Assistant to work out of our corporate office in Muskego, WI.

This position is perfect for an energetic, service-oriented professional who thrives on managing multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.​ This person will be responsible for a variety of duties including: building and maintaining customer relations, negotiating with vendors, processing orders, product sourcing and related sales support and office duty activities.​  If you like variety in your work day, this opportunity is for you!

Qualified candidates should possess the following traits:

*Previous customer service experience.

*Sales support or inside-sales experience helpful, but not required.

*A strong customer focus and service-orientation.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

*Accurate order processing/​entry.

*Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

*Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, credit check and basic Word/​Excel skills test.

Non-smoker preferred.
